FlyDeal - The Best Low Cost Fly Fishing Flies
International Competition
Our flies were selected by members of England's International Fly Fishing Team to be used during their most recent World Fly Fishing Championship in Portugal. We did not solicit or offer our flies to the team. Apparently members had been buying our flies and chose to place an order with our company. We also have world class guides as faithful customers buying our flies because they can count on the consistent quality, that would be difficult to match online or in the local shops.
Our Competition?
We have bought flies from online companies that offer flies within our price range and if you have the time and resources, we suggest that you do the same. We are confident that you will not find flies online that remotely compare with our quality standards. We found that often the pictures do not depict the product that is delivered, hooks and hackles are substandard and not securely attached to the foundation. We guarantee, you will not experience these problems with our flies.
What About Our Flies?
After carefully examining flies from various suppliers across the country, I was fortunate to make contact with a USA based online fly distributor who had recently retired. He suggested that I contact a supplier that he had utilized. He had described the quality of his flies as being the very best he had ever seen. I made contact with the gentleman and arranged to see samples. Upon receiving the samples, I could only concur that his tiers produced some of the most superior looking flies that I had ever sold or fished. The selection of material and balance of the flies was superb. The supplier does not maintain an inventory. They tie the flies only after the orders are received. You are not purchasing flies that have been exposed to the light and elements for two to three years creating a concern about material breakdown.
It usually takes between 15 to 30 days to process order depending upon when order is received. We pool our orders in an effort to deal directly with this source. If you need flies for a fishing trip next week, we cannot help you and we reccomend that you go to your local fly shop. If you are willing to wait for processing, we guarantee you will not be dissapointed with the quality.
Our primary objective is to supply dealers who typically submit the larger season orders. However, we decided to experiment by allowing the individual fly fisherman to purchase flies at these sensational prices, if they were able to submit a minimum (5) dozen order. Typically, when one deals directly with the tiers, they usually require a minimum 200 dozen order. We hope to continue to allow minimum orders of (5) dozen in an effort to expand our client base. We're confident, you will come back and order again, once you have the opportunity to view the workmanship. And hopefully, you will share with your friends our website.

Custom Tied Flies
• At times, we will tie custom flies upon request.
• Find us a good picture (link page) online that describes pattern
• Or, take a good digital picture of fly.
• If possible, send us the tying instructions.
• If you send pattern, it will take much longer to process order.
• We charge extra for custom tied flies.
• Freshwater Custom Tied Flies = $9.00 per dozen
• Saltwater and Salmon Custom Flies = $14.00 per dozen
• Bass Custom Flies = $15.00 per dozen
• Above prices are before the 10% discount is figured in. Therefore, while discounts are in place, the cost of these custom flies will be less.
• Please understand that often it is difficult tying custom flies from pictures or tying instructions that will look exactly like a fly in hand.Therefore, we cannot take returns on custom tied flies.
