Refunds will be issued only upon review and approval from FLYDEALFLIES.COM and are only eligible for inventoried items from FLYDEAL EXPRESS. For items from THE HALF BUCK FLY SHOP, we will work to find a win-win resolution to address any concerns, however any refunds or re-ties will be decided at the sole discretion of FLYDEALFLIES.COM. No returns/refunds/cancellations are allowed for ‘Custom flies’ which are not offered as a standard pattern within the FLYDEALFLIES.COM online catalogs.
